افزونه TEXTman محصول joomlatools می باشد. همیشه یکی از مشکلات بزرگ جوملا نداشتن یک محیط کاربرپسند و حرفه ای برای نویسندگان بود. به طوری که اگر شما یک سایت خبری داشته باشید و نخواهید به تمامی نویسندگان دسترسی مدیریت دهید. و تنها بخواهید به آنها اجازه ارسال مطلب از طریق خود سایت دهید، امکانات زیادی ندارید.این افزونه محصولی از شرکت جوملا تولز می باشد. شرکتی که افزونه های مشهوری همانند سیستم مدیریت دانلود Docman را وارد بازار کرده. محصول جدید این شرکت یعنی textman نیز دست کمی از برادران خود ندارد و یک محصول بسیار کاربردی و تا الان تقریبا بی رقیب می باشد. این افزونه به نویسندگان شما اجازه می دهد از محیط خود سایت و بدون وارد شدن به بخش مدیریت امکان ارسال مقالات به طور حرفه ای داشته باشند و یک داشبورد کوچک و جمع و جور با قابلیت شناور (یعنی با بالا و پایین رفتن صفحه پنل هم حرکت کند) به شما می دهد.
